Reports To: The Lead Installer / General Labor will report directly to the District Manager at our Appleton WI office location.

Job Overview:

InjectA Foam Insulation and Brincks Exteriors is looking for a Lead Installer / General Laborer to oversee operations of installing injection foam insulation. This position will also assist with additional projects around the Brincks Exteriors office, including building displays. To be successful in this position, candidates must be reliable, have an excellent work ethic, to provide our customers the highest quality finished product. Candidates must also be able to complete scheduled work with minimal supervision. Hours will vary, including some weekends, depending on the amount of scheduled work.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prepare job site materials and equipment

Safely operate a variety of power tools

Follow all health and safety regulations

Prioritizes each day to effectively and efficiently complete scheduled workflow in a timely manner

Professional appearance with the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers

Willingness to follow instructions and all company policies and procedures

Provide assistance to all contractors as needed

Clean and clear debris from all job sites

Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly

Other Duties as assigned


Minimum of High School diploma, GED, or a combination of experience

No insulation experience necessary – training provided

Able to use light power equipment

Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

Able to provide excellent customer service skills

Able to repetitively squat, sit, stand, kneel or lift up to 100 lbs for long periods

We are seeking a skilled, reliable individual to join our growing company. In this position you will be reporting directly reporting to the Foreman and assisting them when requested. A strong work ethic and attention to detail is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
1.) Preparing job site materials and equipment set up
2.) Follow project instructions from Foreman
3.) Consult installation plans on a daily basis
4.) Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
5.) Follow all health and safety regulation
6.) Professional appearance required (including safety glasses and gloves)
7.) Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
8.) Safely operate a variety of tools 
9.) Assist with preparing new job sites
10.) Provide assistance to all contractors as needed
11.) Clean and clear debris from all job sites
12.) Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly

Requirements and Qualifications: 
1.) No Experience Necessary. Willing to provide all necessary training to the right candidate
2.) High School degree or equivalent
3.) Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 100 lbs
4.) Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on elevated levels
5.) Positive Attitude and work ethic
6.) Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
7.) Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
